Best spark plugs for 1989 evinrude 15hp

Hi Guys,
may I ask the best plug to use for my motor and the gap.
i have just bought it, at present NGK are fitted, I have heard talk that champion are better ?

The engine manufacturer recommends Champion QL77JC4 plugs.... so do I.
