Bell housing gasket leaking

Today with the water muffs on the motor I noticed water skirting out between the gasket on the bell housing and upper gear case at the top and center. Will this cause water to get into the u-joint bellows or in the gear oil? Or is the water tube just in need of replacing? Thanks

Most like,YES. If you just installed it the O ring for the water opening may have been dislodged

The outdrive was last installed about a year ago when I had the gimbal bearing replaced and it just started leaking. When you say "yes", are you talking about the water tube needing to be replaced or getting water in the gear oil or bellows?
