Hello, new guy with a question here. I recently bought a 1987 Renken 18' with a 131 Volvo. It had a bad fuel pump so I picked it up cheap. Thatwas an easy fix along with the timing being way retarded it runs great. Until thatis until you get a load on it. It runs decent at all rpm's on it's own but when I put it in the water and put it in gear it it gains and looses power. It sounds like it picks up a miss. It is real rough right after a short run then shutdown. But if you WOT it seems to clear up a little. Also looses power on sharp left turns.
