Adding controls

I have a 64-66 merc 200 and would like to add throttle controls is this possible
I can find a set of controls how can I add to motor

The problem is finding ones that shift backwards (as they have to for that motor).

So it can be done that's great I think I have found the part on eBay it's a throttle control parts linkage looks like the arm comes off an Hope control goes on not sure it's that simple ,or are we talking about the same thing ,it's for a sea flea my son an I built
