99 70hp water in the oil

I have a 99 70hp I had the ear muffs on and the motor off. I pulled the dip stick and oil came shooting out. I pulled the plugs and no water came out. Is there a gasket between the oil pan and water housing? I dont believe there is a head gasket issue.

Correct., Suzuki built. Is there a specific area between the oil resivor and water jackets I should look for that would let water in the oil resivor? It never overheated, oil was fresh and water pumped, thermostat new last season.
