95 Evinrude Intruder HELP

I have a 95 Evinrude Intruder its bogging down and running rough. Not really sure what the issue is as Im a new boat owner any advise or help is greatly appreciated
 
Do the standard testing.------VROI oil output test if in fact that unit is in service.-----Compression test , post numbers here.-----See if spark will jump a gap of at least 3/8" or more.------And carburetor float bowls are known to warp so that is an item to check also.-----Water pump impeller is the first thing to do on a " new to you motor " so you know the condition of that.

Cold compression ck numbers 120, 120, 110, 120, 120, 110.
