92 Force 90surges after changing plugs etc

"Bought this boat 3 years ago.

"Bought this boat 3 years ago...ran great with my old mechanic, but he retired and moved away. Took it to a new place to get it lake ready and now it runs like crud. They did a tune-up, said it was lake ready...took it out and it bogged down and surged. Took it back to them, they replaced the fuel line and filter. It surges something terrible. I'm not taking it back to them again. They did change the spark plugs. This motor has always run like a champ. Any suggestions?"

"This sounds like a loose spark plug sucking air. But could be some other vacuum leak. Spray wd-40 round the induction ports and puddle traps, then the carb gaskets. It's in there some where."
