90hp Honda keeps burning #4 ignition coils. What would cause this. Replaced ECM and didn’t correct the issue. Replaced plugs.

Getting different
Micro volt readings on this ignition coil compared to the other three. Other three are .880 and #4 is ,553. What could be causing this
 
Sorry, no expert here but thought I might learn something from you. Are you looking at the CDI pulses to the coils to get those readings?

Any chance that cylinder is running lean?
How does that plug compare to the others?

A lean mix makes the coil work harder to create a spark and that might damage it.
