I have just got this motor from a friend and it seems to run pretty good but I checked lower gear case and it has very milky gear oil I tried to look up year so I could look up seals for the foot but no success please help

Appears to be a 75 model.----Parts are ordered by using the serial number at a dealer.-----But check the driveshaft first .---Some of these use a carbon steel driveshaft that may be rusted at the seal area.

Thank you racerone I pulled the foot and the drive shaft is very rusty around the water pump is there any fix for this? Thank you for the help

I would make a thin wall stainless sleeve to repair that.----But I know not what your expertise is.

I have no way to make a sleeve is there any where I could buy one? Thank you very much for the help

Investigate a product called----speedi sleeve----Perhaps at your local automotive or bearing supplier.---Use google to find the details !!
