Removed my carbs from the motor and noticed one of the carbs throttle valves does not close all the way from the spring alone, like it should. There is a tiny gap at the top and bottom of the bore when it is closed by the spring. It takes a tiny bit of manual pressure on the throttle lever to close it fully and a bit of pressure to open it at first when at full close, like it is sticking a bit when closed. Any diagnosis? I haven’t taken the whole carb apart yet.
