My motor has not been used in many years and had seized up. I removed the spark plugs and added seafoam and penetrating oil and left it for a few days and then gentle rocked it back and forth to free it up. So luckily it is no longer seized up. However what I noticed is that the liquid was leaking out the bottom unit. Is this normal ?

I am worried that if it run the motor it will suck up water from the lower unit into the chamber. If it is not normal, an idea what could cause this ?

Thanks in advance.

Of course the liquid runs out the exhaust ports on the cylinder.----Then down the exhaust housing and all over your floor.----All normal.
