hey guys , im new to the forum here id like to say hello to fellow boaters and thanx for the info that has been previosly posted as i have learned a great deal from all of you. todays stupid question from the newbie is as follows... how many hours should i run this shipwreck that i just bought before i dare take her to the ocean? the reason i ask is that while i obviously dont want to break down in the ocean but also want to have a pleasurable experience so for instance in the event that i finally get her on the water and she runs really well would any of you risk a voyage to sea? my plans are to take it to a local lake and run her for about two or three hours and then start fishing her at the ocean or the bay. so i wanted to ask you guys for some input as to what you would do yourself to ensure a safe journey . any and all advice is much appreciated
