i have a problem with this motor just put a new starter pawl in the recoil assembly. does not always engage with motor when rope is pulled. there is no binding of these parts that I could see have put small amount of lube on friction surfaces. this is a older model but in very good shape I had bought this motor brand new in 1988 ser# oa822532 some parts are no longer available. wish I had bought some spare parts when they were available. when recoil assembly is off the motor and held in hand when pulling the rope the pawl seems to pivot on the shaft. any suggestions would be appreciated
