I just bought this older boat and it runs pretty good. the issue I'm having is that at some point during the day while I'm cruising on plane it just totally cuts off. it wont start back up but it sounds like it wants to.,.. it turns over. so i start trolling back to the dock... after a while it will start back up again. I've taken the boat out twice and its happened both times. After the first trip I replaced the throttle box (side mounted throttle thing) because I thought it might be the kill switch .... that's what it felt like when it died... I AM NOT A MECHANIC so if I sound like a dummy, its because I am.
