35 HP Johnson Play in suspension

I am getting a "new to me" boat ready for the lake. While I was changing the impeller I noticed there is an extreme amount of play forward to backward in the motor when I wiggle it. I noticed two rubber motor mounts on the bottom of the lower cowling. They feel somewhat soft to the touch and seem that they should be harder rubber and stiffer than this. Are there any other mounts besides these two on either side that I should look for? I can understand a little play to isolate the engine from the hull, but I can move the engine about two inches from front to back until it hard touches metal to metal with not much effort. What do I need to replace? Thanks for your help.
