I recently picked up a 30HP Mariner O/B model: 30ML serial:689-L-335537
I have heard that this was probably built by yamaha for merc but sold as a mariner which may be why I cant find much info about it. I am trying to buy some parts for a tune up but I need to know the year ect.
On another topic, this motor is manual start and trim, and I was wondering if not hopeing that I could modify it to have a charging system to run lights. Does anyone know if such a thing is possible?
