Hi All ! The grommet that goes into the Bottom Cowl where the Shift Rod passes through has failed on my 25 HP outboard. The grommet looks like a tiny round accordian bellows. With new part in hand I went to tackle the job only to walk away wondering what is the most practical approach. I'd sure appreciate words of wisdom from anyone who has experience with this.
