25 hp Johnson outboard engine help!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been cleaning this carburetor up and putting news parts inside and the nipple broke off in the picture that is circled. I'm wondering what is that part for and how do you replace them? I tried removing the broke one but it is in there pretty good. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.

It is for the primer hose for cold starts.

It was brought to me with the hose off. Where does that hose hookup at? Would it be a problem if I couldn't get it out and replaced? Can you buy that piece? Thanks

It's Johnson 25hp model# J25RSSE. A 2000 year model with manual start. I ordered a new fuel nipple but the one on the carb is really set in there. Would a straight punch work the best getting it out? Thanks

Drill / wealen it and try an easy out.----Drill and fit a new one beside it ?----

You can use a drift punch and and tap it out from carb throat side
