2011 Suzuki 250 Outboard Sputters when starting.

When starting engine sputters for 15-20 seconds. On the tach a red overheat light comes on. After 15-20 seconds it runs fine and the light go out.
Engine peeing ok, no codes thrown, IAC valve replaced 4 years ago. Could it be a computer problem or an electrical issue?
