2011 F50 TLR (with 250 hours) idles rough

I have 2011 F50 TLR that's been idling rough ever since I took it out from winter storage back in April. The engine visibly shakes back and forth, and it's a consistent, rhythmic shake (it's not random). I only notice the shake from idle up to about 1/4 throttle. But it accelerates and planes quickly, and it revs to just about 6k rpms at WOT with a full boat load. It feels fine performance-wise.


Side Note: If you check my post history, you'll see that I did have a performance issue last year. But this was due to a dinged up prop, so I think it's totally unrelated to my current issue.


The only other issue I've observed (other than the rough idling) is that the engine always stalls out on the first startup attempt on a cold morning. It always cranks, and will start spitting water out the tell-tale for a couple seconds before it putters and stalls out. But on the very next startup attempt (only a few seconds later), it starts and stays running, and I won't have that problem again until the next cold morning. This issue definitely seems to be correlated with temperature, because it doesn't happen on warm mornings (i.e. when the air temp is in the upper 60's or higher). I can also confirm that this issue happened all last season.. I just thought it was normal, so I didn't think much of it. So only the rough idle issue is new this season.


It's been suggested by others that my throttle linkage and timing need to be corrected. This recommendation was based on my YDS report, which is shown below. Obviously the code 29 is a concern, but I've seen lots of people say that a code 29 can be very misleading. So I wanted to get your thoughts.
