I have been having a problem with my 2009 f250. The engine seems to put out more exhaust than the port engine, shifts with a clunk, and won’t go above 1400 rpm’s. I have run diagnostics on it, I get fault code 116 from the digital gages and none of my fixes have worked. To date I have: swapped throttle body, ecm, wiring harness. The issue first started after the install of a new DEC control box. Any ideas out there?
