2008 Honda 150 problems

Hey guys,

I need some help with a 2008 Honda 150. In particular, with the programmable fuel injectors.

This engine is randomly shifting from hitting on all cylinders to running on 1/2
of the cylinders. I have replaced the gas water separator and checked to make sure
The gas is good.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
 
Are you getting any alarms? If you have the 4 light key switch, are any of the red lights coming on when it stalls? Does the green oil pressure light stay on whan it stalls? Have you tried to pull fault codes by shunting the red service connector?
 
The strange thing is, it doesn't stall, no alarms either. While idling, it runs fine. When I get underway, it will "stutter" and go in between full power and what seems like running on 1/2 of the cylinders.
