2006 Yamaha f225 start up issue

Last 2 trips out my 06 f225 had a starting issue...at initial start up the motor fires but runs a little rough...you can smell fuel and see some fuel on the water id assume out of the exhaust...motor will idle but when put in gear will die....if you wait a couple minutes the motor will refire and never miss a beat the rest of the trip...I'm wondering if it sounds like a stuck or leaking injector issue? Or if anyone else has had a similar issue
