2006 Mercury 60 hp Bigfoot Motor, Can't get over 4000 rpm when in gear, in neutral motor will go to 6000 rpm.

Replace fuel lines, bulb, fuel pump, ball valve etc. any help, suggestions would be appreciated.

In neutral a motor does no work.----They can all rev to 6000 RPM running on 2 of 3 cylinders.----Post the compression numbers and check spark.----Sounds like there is a dead cylinder.----Easy to diagnose.
