This engine used to idle right but now surges. changes rpm and can't set idle to 960. If I do set to 960 it doesn't stay there long and surges to 2600 or more.
The nut holding linkage just above set screw for throttle link rod fell off as I watched it. At least I found it and re-applied. Is there any adjustments to this or just tighten?
