2006 BF 90 hesitation when throttling and sputters

My motor started to show some hesitation when pushing the throttle. I mean at the very first push before getting into plane. Then i noticed a bit of loss power but when getting close to 3500 rpms, it just kicks and jumps about 400 rpms. Then starts sputtering while accelerating.
Going from neutral to gear sometimes the rpms go low and the motor stalls. I have disconected spark by spark and all show a hesitation while unplugged. Same with injectors. Fuel filters have been replaced. Throttle body, intakes and manifold had been cleaned. No water in fuel, fuel lines clear.
Is it possible that sparks can cause this? Appreciate all your help.

Have you checked the fuel vent? Try removing the fuel cap to see if that helps.

Have you drained and/or cleaned the VST recently? Last year I had a similar problem to what you describe with my BF225 and the problem was that the screen inside the VST was clogged.
