2005 mercury 60elpt 4s efi alarm problems

I have a continuos alarm sounding at 3000rpm ,go back to neautral and alarm stops and good to go till i reach 3000rpm and alarm will go off again,water temp on gauge is ok and good pee stream coming from telltale, also had oil change not long ago and checked oil level, it’s ok too; can anyone out there share me what might go wrong and how to fix it

Is the pee stream hotter than usual at 3000 rpm?
