2004 Tohatsu TLDI Series MD50B won't start I let it sit for several months Ran perfect & now it wont start

Replaced fuel, filters, plugs fuel lines and ran great before letting sit for 6 months. Now wont start & has new fuel in tank & lines. Has pressure in air & fuel,pressure u not sure. plus are soaked with gas after removing several times. It swtarted 3 times at first but died soon after & will not strart @ all now. Any suggestions?

Approx 12 on both sides. It is also is spitting out gas from screened in air intake after I try & start it. It was a small amount & making a air noise as it did

Bad air regulator likely. You need to be up around 100 psi

Its the throttle body in the picture I believe. Why would it spit gas out of throttle body

I had it put on the proper gauges & fuel is 0 & air pressure is 75. Wondering if the low pressure pump or high pressure fuel pump are bad. Any ideas now that I have the correct readings on pressure for air & fue?

FFP is not working as far as I can tell. I drained the fuel & it is not trying to refill. Normally I can hear the FFP working. Also I found that RECMAR, Quantum & WALBRO make after market FFP's. What do you think? Are they worth using as a replacement? Thank again for your help!!
