2003 Yamaha 250hpdi problem

I need help I fried my Ecm by jumping off trolling motor battery’s DONT DO THAT Dummy I know. Anyhow replaced ecm but engine now won’t fire have spark have fuel pressure to injectors but looks like injectors not firing any ideas for me to check out
