2002 Mercury 90hp crankshaft torque settings

Trying to fix a 2002 Mercury 90hp motor and need the crankshaft torque settings. Can't seem to find it anywhere. Please help.

Specifically what settings,rod caps, Block to inlet casting bolts, induction manifold, rod caps lower block oil seal..........?

Figure 4-6 of the applicable OEM manual shows the crank and piston/rod interface parts diagram and in the 1tem list adjacent to the illustration, the next to the last column specifies torque for rod caps. Figure 4-8 does likewise for the whole block assembly.

Would it be possible to get a picture of figure 4-6 and 4-8? It would be much appreciated.
