2002 Ficht 115 Hard starting when cold

Have a 2002 Evinrude Ficht 115 that is hard starting when cold. When trying to start it will kick out the starter and fail to start for about 10 times then start. Once started it runs flawlessly . When warm starts right up no issues. Any thoughts?
