2002 60HP Bigfoot fuse melted??

Wonder if someone can help there is a 20a fuse that melts. It looks to be a fuse for the rectifier / stator for the charging system. What would be causing this. Thanks in advance.

So the motor still runs and appears to charge, if the Rectifier was shorted what else should I notice?

Motor will still run but voltage will be low...test it.
