I have a 2002 Evinrude E150FPLSNF. It is Idling rough and stalling at idle in gear sometimes. I checked high pressure side and it took 15 seconds to get to 22lbs. where it shuts off automatically when you just turn the key on. Seems really slow to me. Pump is kind of whining, not a quiet buzz. It holds pressure after it pumps up. Is my high-pressure pump failing? Should it take that long to pump up?
