2001 Johnson J150VXSIF 150 hard starting, running at idle, excessive smoking

I have a 2001 Johnson 150, carburators were rebuilt using johnson kits, new OVR pump as mechanic advised it was bad due to over- oiling. New spark plugs, new fuel filters (engine and water separator). Engineis hard to staart andwillnot idle long enought o adjust the carburators as per the manual. Excessive smoking as it is over oiling again even with a new OVR pump. I have run out of options, please help

I can not see , feel or hear your motor.-----Carburetor bowls warp on these.----Were carburetor bowls replaced ?----If yes , then were the high speed jets swapped into the new bowls ?----
