I have a fuel flooding issue with my 2001 90hp Mercury 4-Stroke motor. The motor generally ran well the last time I used it. Then I tried to start it about one week later and it was flooding. I have since cleaned and rebuilt all 4 carbs. The "only" way I am able to get it to start is to primer the system with the primer bulb, then disconnect the fuel line . It will eventually start and run until the fuel in the carbs is consumed. Not sure what to try next. Many thanks in advance.
