I have 2000 Johnson 90 that is using excessive amount of oil and fouling out spark plug on # 4 cylinder. Is the vro going bad or has fuel pump crapped out. I am contemplating converting over fuel pump and mixing my own fuel due to the cost of a new fuel pump.
