I think that is the right model number for my motor. I've posted this on several sites looking for help with my ongoing problem.

My motor had not run right since I got it. It will start and idle great, sounds good but will not rev past 1800 when in forward gear in the water. If you put it in reverse it will rev completely but not in forward.

Here's what I've done so far:

Drained and replaced gas with no ethanol premium
Put in some sea foam and some red heet to get rid of any water that might have been in the tank
Replaced the fuel filter
Replaced the plugs (gapped and indexed correctly)
Checked the reeds and cages
Replaced the reeds and cages in the bottom cylinders after discovering that #5 didn't have much suction compared to the other cylinders
Checked compression (between 112 and 119 on all cylinders)

I'm about out of options...

Any suggestions?

Thank you sir, is that software something I can get and do myself? I've seen the diagnosis software on ebay with a cable is that what I need. What is Cps? Can I test the injectors myself?

You can get the software on Ebay and I will allow you to see any codes, fire the injectors,set timing,check CPS(crankshaft position sensor),TPS (throttle position sensor)voltage and some outputs.
