Hello, new to the forum. I have looked for my problem in other posts and seen some close. My outboard was serviced and then sat for almost 2 years. New fuel and tried to start it but the HP fuel pump had locked up so I replaced it. Now it will start and run as long as I am giving it throttle but when I try to put it in neutral it quckly shuts off. I don't have a fuel pressure guage but it appears to have good pressure at the top of the rack. Was hoping to get some tips to work on. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
