2 stroke 150 hp Saltwater series ii bogging down

The motor is bogging down the impeller went up fixed it, took it out again pissing fine, bogged down again now oil is leaking from under the cowl or exhaust. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

Check all oil lines / fittings.-----Do a compression test and post the numbers.----Check for spark on all leads.

If you pump the fuel ball does it get hard? If no, you need to replace the mechanical fuel pumps.. It may be gas you are seeing in the water.
