1999 ficht 115 fuel problem

fuel pouring out of throttle bodies when you pump the primer bulb seems to be flooding the engine. Any suggestions

Carb clean out for sure to begin. The floats need new needle and seat. Kits are cheap and relatively easy to do. Kits are like $20 or less ( not American made). Level of difficulty of about 5 if you have never done it but it’s a quick learn
