1999, 175 hp Evinrude

I am hoping that someone has a diagram of the fuse block or can tell me if the upper left relay is the one that controls the fuel pump. I have misplaced my manual and am trying to troubleshoot my no run problem, I believe that I have a bad computer, but want to be sure.
