1997 mariner offshore 150 power trim swith

The trim switch on the motor is trimming up the motor itself. how do I change this part?

Are you sure the relay isn't stuck? Tap on them w/a screwdriver handle. If it stops replace both relays as a pair. Can you get to the switch from inside the cowling?
