Help, I'm missing something. Just installed complete water pump kit and new thermostat. Started the motor with muffs and it pumped a lot of water. Big stream from the telltale and warm water from the rear. Shut off the motor and re installed the cowl. Restarted with the muffs. Nothing. Shutdown and restarted in a trash can (water 2" over the plate). Nothing. Removed the cowl and restarted. Nothing. Maximum run time on the "nothings" about 30 seconds each time. Any ideas appreciated.
