1996 evinrude 150

I have a 1996 evinrude 150 that is not getting spark on one cylinder. It has a new power pack i have checked coils they are good i have checked the plug wires it is good also i need help please

Is this at cranking speed or tested when running?

Either coil, coil wire as they burn off in boot or CDI

I moved the top coil to the bottom and the bottom to the top and the problem stayed at the bottom left cylinder and also moved wires and same problem. Would the optical sensor cause this problem or the trigger?

How about a bad new power pack ????

The optical eye is basically the trigger, sound like new bad pack. I prefer Serria brand over CDI as their quality is terrible.

Its possible is there a way i could test the power pack to see if that is my problem?

Check the DVA output to coil
