change the cdibox an waterpump .did not do anything else.motor start but after a few minute it start to back fire an i have to put the chock on the motor to make it work

The popping is usually from a lean condition. This can be caused by a number of things, leaking seals in the crankcase, lean setting on the idle adjustment of the carburetor, internal leaks in the carb, external leaks around the carb or intake area.
When you cleaned the carb did you disassemble the carb and replace the gaskets? A common problem is the small gasket around the idle tube #20 in the drawing.
You can richen the idle mixture. Turn the idle mixture screw #14 out just slightly to richen the mixture, 1/8 to 1/4 turn may be all you need. Give the engine at least 15 seconds between adjustments.
You can spray some WD40 around the carb to check for any air leaks as well.
Check for any oily runoff from under the flywheel.
These checks and adjustments should fix your problem. When you adjust the carb do it with the engine warmed up and in the water.
