Finally getting this dialed in.
All runs ok except between 2200 and 3500 RPM or so. Motor bucks on the transom. Almost seems like a misfire with the engine bucking on the transom.
However, push throttle past that point up to around 4000 and jumps right on plane.
WOT is ~4700, which is because I am yet to dial in the right prop
Recent changes - switch box (OEM) and stator (CDI)
Idle is fine, above 3800 is fine, its just that odd range. I certainly expect an inability to run the motor between 1800-2200 due to the lower cylinders kicking in.
Any idea on what would cause something like this?
