1994 120hp counter rotating help

I have 1994 twin 120hp Johnson’s, model #J120TXARC. Looks like this model didn’t come with a counter rotation model. I see the 140hp did. Can I swap my standard rotation 120 lower with the counter rotating 140 lower?
