1993 200hp txrr intermittently stumbles at idle.

when idling or off idle the engine stumbles as if it is cutting out. I replaced the spark plugs, verified spark on all cylinders with a spark tester. cleaned out all the carbs, any help will be appreciated.
 
Check for spark wire leakage in the dark. If you don't see any mist clean water on each wire and watch for it. Is the carb linkage worn out?
 
had a friend who plays with the Yamahas take a look and found that the carbs were out of sync, he reset them all good now I asked him how did it happen he just said if you find out let him know he says he sees stuff like that all the time. All I know it's all good
