1992 60HP Outboard 2 Stroke Lower unit

Model number is D094917. I am looking for a used lower unit. I am not sure what I can interchange with this motor. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The mechanic I use works on larger motors, so he is not able to rebuild it with the tools he has. He could replace it though with a used one.; I am located near Atlantic City, NJ. Finding another mechanic right now feels impossible.
