Hello,
I have a problem with my 92' 40HP Mariner - I have gone to the boat on several occasions over the past couple of weeks, when I get there it starts, then runs for a few mins with a bit of jerking and then cuts out, I can start it a second time but doesn't last long before cutting out again, then it won't start at all after that until I come back another day and does the same thing again..
There also seems to be oil/fuel leaking into the water from the engine somewhere but don't know where.. any ideas what the problem may be? could me (a novice) fix it myself? if so would anyone have any information to fix it?
